"I once thought that the only way to receive good health care was at a Hospital in Toledo. However, my wife received excellent care from Memorial Hospital – right here in Fremont, OH.
Our experience with Memorial Hospital started in the middle of the night through the Emergency Room. While receiving services, we were both treated with dignity and care. I was immediately very impressed. After my wife was stabilized and transferred to the second floor in the Hospital. She was treated by a very calm and professional staff. Their names were engrained in my memory: Carrie, Kelly and Pam.
From the second floor, my wife was in surgery and in the ICU Step Down Unit. Every move that we made in the Hospital we were greeted by talented staff. Employees who cared about us and making us comfortable. I certainly do not know the training program for employees at Memorial Hospital however it is working. All of the personnel we dealt with were cordial and courteous from the doctors to the food service workers.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Mary Bower, who followed my wife’s care from the start.
