Dr. Anthony Rini was a family practitioner who really loved his profession. He was a member of the Memorial Hospital Medical Staff from 1947-1987 and was Chief of Staff in 1972. He was a member of the Board of Health from 1958-1977 and Medical Director from 1977-1989. Anthony also received the Clyde Business and Professional Association Distinguished Citizen Award along with his wife in 1987; and the Ex-Coaches Award in 1984 in appreciation for all his years as team doctor for Clyde High School. Since he made house calls all his life and cared for many, many nursing home patients along with his office hours, he was a truly dedicated physician.
